Chalk Painting a Lampshade
The thing with Chalk Paint is that you can paint on virtually any surface. Sherry wanted to see how Chalk Painting an old lampshade would work.
Sherry was given this old green lampshade to see how chalk painting it would work.
You could obviously pick any colour to match your room, Sherry chose French Linen for this transformation.
One coat of French Linen was applied using an Annie Sloan Paint Brush and this covered the original dark green colour well.
The shade is ready to use once its dry. You could personalise the shade further by adding an embellishment.
Another great transformation achieved in less than an hour!
