Transforming an old chair with Chalk Paint
This dining chair was rather worn out, but has a lovely carved detail which a coat of Chalk Paint has transformed and enhanced.

Sherry came across this worn out dining chair, she was taken by the carved detailing and could see that a coat of Chalk Paint and and new seat could transform it.
Firstly Sherry gave the chair a good scrub to clean off the years of dirt. She then applied a coat of Annie Sloan Old White Chalk Paint to create a soft white finish.
Sherry teamed the white framework with a green and white fern fabric for the seat of the chair.
Quite a transformation you must agree!
