Upholstery Classes

Our classes run each Wednesday in line with school holidays. There are three classes each Wednesday, morning 10.00-1.00, afternoon 1.30-4.30 and evening 6.30-9.00. The classes are taught by professional upholsterers, Susanne during the day and Luke in the evening.

Initially, you start with one of our footstool bases to learn the basics and then move on to your own projects. The standard of finished items is excellent and you will be shown both modern and traditional methods of working as appropriate.

Fees for the classes are paid by the half-term block. This varies a bit from term to term but is usually about 6 weeks. Each class costs £45 for daytime and £37.50 for the evening. For a six week, term £270 daytime, £225 evening.

We will be starting again after Easter on the 24th April. Should you wish to join us,  if you ring the shop on 01722 324773 we can tell you the availability of spaces. A deposit of £50 is required to reserve a space.
